My horror story dealing with Dolfi1920

 It’s Halloween, right?

 

This is my horror story with DOLFI 1920

 

A nightmare filled with unanswered emails.

 

Emails you have to send 10 times to get an answer

 

And yet this Company that sells luggage at higher that average prices taking advantage of the position the Airlines have placed it feel they can take my money, send a cheap piece of luggage and avoid answering the emails.

 

Well, let me at least share with you this horror story filled with wasted time…

  How I met DOLFI 1920   Well I want to tell you a story about my broken suitcase. It was a great suitcase, I got it as a present less than two years ago and I really thought we were destined to travel the world together for many years but…sadly it arrived broken, with a deep cut in one of sides.   We all know how luggage is handled at the airport and travelling as much as I do this is not the first time my luggage arrives with a missing piece , wheel, handle, etc… Since we purchase brands that have long warranty periods  I’ve always been able to repair the luggage, sometimes without having to go through the hassle of contacting the airline.
