 How I met DOLFI 1920

 

Well I want to tell you a story about my broken suitcase. It was a great suitcase, I got it as a present less than two years ago and I really thought we were destined to travel the world together for many years but…sadly it arrived broken, with a deep cut in one of sides.

 

We all know how luggage is handled at the airport and travelling as much as I do this is not the first time my luggage arrives with a missing piece , wheel, handle, etc… Since we purchase brands that have long warranty periods  I’ve always been able to repair the luggage, sometimes without having to go through the hassle of contacting the airline. But in this case, with a deep cut I knew I had to fill the forms and claim the compensation with the Airline.

 

We were flying with LUXAIR, after spending our holidays in Menorca we were retouring on a direct flight to Luxembourg and as the luggage arrived in the carrousel in that condition we decided to speak to the representative. In less than ten minutes it received an assessment and I was asked to contact Dolfi1920. They would take care of everything. I was so relieved! It had been so easy, almost no paperwork and fast.

 

This was exactly two months ago, we flied back to Luxembourg on the 27th of august.
