How I met DOLFI 1920 Well I want to tell you a story about my broken suitcase. It was a great suitcase, I got it as a present less than two years ago and I really thought we were destined to travel the world together for many years but…sadly it arrived broken, with a deep cut in one of sides. We all know how luggage is handled at the airport and travelling as much as I do this is not the first time my luggage arrives with a missing piece , wheel, handle, etc… Since we purchase brands that have long warranty periods I’ve always been able to repair the luggage, sometimes without having to go through the hassle of contacting the airline. But in this case, with a deep cut I knew I had to fill the forms and claim the compensation with the Airline.
